At one point in time, every Free was assigned to a scout group. The Scout Den is a small part of the school designated to scouts to hold events and to keep their stuff. Each troop, 1st GTS, 7th GTS and 8th GTS have a room in the scout den.
The den is used as a control centre for camps and events held in on the school grounds.
Among the inventory of the den is a few sofas, Drums, a canoe, Bamboo(what are scouts without bammboo) miniatures, equipments and whole lot of other scouty stuff.
I remember attending a gotong-royong when back in 2001 to clean up the scout den. The drains seem to be clogged for year. So we excavated all there was in the drains. The earth worms were bigger and longer than G2 pens!
